Job summary

Akima Intra-Data (AID) seeks a customer service credentialing specialist to provide access credentials at Arnold Air Force Base. You will verify and issue DoD credentials, including CACs, to military personnel, retirees, dependents and base staff.

Responsibilities include updating CACs, revoking access when needed, and explaining ID policies, while ensuring strict privacy of personnel data. On-site duties may involve processing various badge types for visitors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to work at Arnold AFB.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain qualification and authority to carry firearms.

Responsibilities

• Verify and issue all DoD credentials to military, retirees, dependents, DoD civilians and base contractor personnel.
• Use Air Force systems and workstations to issue the CAC.
• Update CACs as necessary to reflect changes in personal information.
• Terminate CACs as necessary and execute revocation requests.
• Explain military ID policies and entitlements to customers.
• Issue other base access credentials to visitors such as vendors and test customers.
• Account for and maintain security for all DoD Forms used in producing base credentials.
• Verify, prepare and issue various types of entry and identification credentials.
• Protect the privacy/confidentiality of personnel data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
