Credentialing Specialist - Remote Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to manage the ABA credentialing and certification processes. The ideal candidate will support data loads for ABA providers, process PSVs, and ensure the timely completion of the credentialing cycle. Additionally, this role involves outreach to providers for certification applications, monitoring related mailboxes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with data loading to Aperture for ABA providers and process PSVs.
2. Manage the second stage of data load after PSV verification.
3. Send approval letters upon completion of the credentialing process.
4. Reach out to providers to complete certification applications.
5. Monitor and manage the Provider Certifications mailbox.
6. Process and store completed certification forms and document key dates (receipt and approval).

Qualifications:

• Experience in credentialing and certification processes, preferably in the ABA or healthcare industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with credentialing software (e.g., Aperture) and Microsoft Office Suite.
