Responsibilities

1. Ability to function in a demanding environment by managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting a busy Medical Group.
2. This position is responsible for managing assigned Medical Staff credentials as assigned by the Credentialing Supervisor.
3. Facilitates all aspects of credentialing, including applications, reappointments, proctoring, and competencies.
4. Interfaces with physicians, management, and co-workers in a positive and professional manner.

This position will be located in the Central Business Office in Denville, NJ.

Qualifications

1. Proven work experience in Credentialing or relevant training and/or experience.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain and communicate the status of work progress, and anticipate scheduling requirements.
3. Effective communication skills in written, oral, and graphic forms.
4. Demonstrated ability to complete assignments independently.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, including professional verbal and written communication.
6. Experience with ModioHealth Credentialing system preferred.
