Beacon Health System is hiring a full-time Medical Staff Credential Coordinator for our Beacon Medical Staff Service Department. This role requires overseeing provider credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining important relationships with medical staff and departments.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a High School Diploma, and preferably have CPCS certification. This position offers a sign-on bonus and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills emphasizing professionalism and medical terminology.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider appointment and reappointment processes.
• Ensure compliance with all accrediting bodies.
• Act as liaison between medical staff, administration, and departments.

Understanding of accreditation standards

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate's Degree (preferred)

CPCS certification (desired)
