Job summary

Berger Health System seeks a Credentialing Program Manager to lead credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging for physicians and allied health professionals. You will oversee primary source verifications, ensure accreditation compliance, and coordinate with medical staff and hospital departments to streamline processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of credentialing standards (TJC, CMS, ODH) and superb organizational, communication, and leadership skills in a complex health system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree or three years credentialing accepted in lieu.
• In-depth knowledge of credentialing, privileging and recredentialing processes.
• Experience with regulatory/accreditation standards (TJC, CMS, ODH).

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor credentialing, recredentialing and privileging processes.
• Maintain primary source verifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison with medical staff leadership and hospital departments.
