Job summary

Signature Health is seeking an Assistant, Credentialing and Onboarding to support credentialing, onboarding, CAQH maintenance, and staff transfers. You will assist with initial appointments, reappointments, and renewals while ensuring timely file completion and collaboration with IT for provisioning.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to policies, and coordination with the Education & Training team for a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of credentialing or onboarding experience preferred.
• Experience with data systems or credentialing software required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with credentialing and re-credentialing and onboarding processes.
• Maintain provider CAQH profiles and credentialing data.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and set up IT provisioning in collaboration with Education & Training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal bylaws and policies.
• Intake support and other duties as assigned.
