Job summary

Training Wheels ABA in Austin, TX is seeking a Contracting & Credentialing Specialist to manage provider contracting, credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for our ABA and Speech Therapy services.

You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Clinical Leadership, RCM, and Operations to ensure timely credentialing, accurate CAQH profiles, and compliant payer enrollment, while supporting new clinic expansions.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple providers, applications, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and credentialing databases.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing and enrollment for ABA and speech therapy providers.
• Oversee payer contracting and renewals, including tracking dates and fee schedules.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and ensure licenses, certifications, liability insurance are current.
• Monitor credentialing timelines and resolve enrollment barriers to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Clinical Leadership, RCM, Authorizations, Scheduling, Billing, and Operations.
• Support new clinic and service expansions by coordinating credentialing needs.
• Maintain credentialing systems and reporting and identify process gaps for improvement.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality of credentialing information.
