Job description

Doximity Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Consultant to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our Locums Sales Team, helping to deliver exceptional locum tenens staffing solutions by ensuring providers are credentialed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with client requirements.

You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams to manage the end-to-end credentialing process, ensuring a seamless and timely onboarding experience. This position reports to the Credentialing Team Lead and/or VP of Operations.If you’re passionate about supporting healthcare operations and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Pre-completing facility paperwork using a variety of data sources
  • Supporting both clients and candidates throughout the credentialing process, proactively anticipating needs and avoiding delays
  • Organizing and reviewing completed credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Verifying education, training, licensure, certifications, and board credentials as required
  • Collecting supporting documents such as case logs, peer references, and work history verifications
  • Submitting credentialing files to client contacts for final approval
  • Tracking and documenting client-specific credentialing processes, deadlines, and approval methods
  • Maintaining awareness of where tasks stand within each credentialing workflow and providing timely, detailed updates
  • Partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure providers stay active and compliant beyond initial onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Prior experience in healthcare staffing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
