Job summary

Betances Health Center is seeking a Credentialing, Compliance & Payment Posting Associate to support provider credentialing, payer enrollment, 340B monitoring, and revenue cycle activities on-site in New York. The role involves preparing and submitting enrollment applications, maintaining records, and coordinating with finance and coding teams to ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with credentialing, payer enrollment, medical billing, or revenue cycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERA/EOB processing and payer remittances is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of initial credentialing and re-credentialing for clinicians.
• Complete and submit provider enrollment and revalidation applications for payers.
• Maintain credentialing and payer enrollment trackers and ensure billing readiness.
• Communicate delays or risks to CFO and leaders to protect billing/reimbursement.
• Post payments in eCW and apply to patient accounts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and monthly 340B activities.
• Prepare status reports for management and committees.
