Mission Pet Health in Wylie, Texas is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our full-service practice. You will provide comprehensive patient care across nursing, anesthesia, dental care, radiology, and lab work, while mentoring teammates and delivering excellent client education.

Qualifications

• Graduate AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your full skillset as part of the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth.
• Partner with clients to educate on treatments and review medical records.
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture through training and feedback.
