Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician in Willis, TX to join a compassionate animal-care team. You’ll perform nursing, anesthesia monitoring, dental care, radiology, and lab work while supporting clients and staff in a high-standard hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AVMA-accredited veterinary technician program.
• A valid state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
• One year of veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including treatments, anesthesia monitoring, and lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow and skill development.
• Educate clients, review medical records, and answer questions confidently.
• Support a positive culture with training, feedback, and high hospital standards.
