Job summary

East Padden Animal Hospital in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our large, multi-doctor team. Youll administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, perform lab work, and support surgeons in a fast-paced, high-quality medical environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures.
Calm, efficient approach in fast-paced or stressful situations.
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care and assist in surgeries and procedures.
Monitor anesthesia and perform in-lab diagnostics and nursing tasks.
Educate clients on treatments and review medical records with owners.
Contribute to a positive culture and support team mentorship.
