Job summary

Smooth Media in New York is seeking a Brand Partnerships Associate to build relationships between leading brands and our creators, drive campaigns, and close deals from pitch to close.

You’ll collaborate with Creator Managers to match brands with the right voices and execute deals. The role starts on the Brand Partnerships team with a clear path to Brand Partnerships Manager and substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-facing experience in media sales or brand partnerships.
• Self-starter who thrives on a small team and takes ownership.
• Willing to work in NYC in-office Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with brands that want to reach professional and business-minded audiences.
• Create proposals and media plans that align brand goals with creator strengths.
• Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiating, closing, and ongoing support.
• Advocate for our creators in every deal and act as a strategic thought partner to brands.
