K1 Industries is seeking an Influencer Marketer to recruit and manage creators who discuss Reacher. You will identify YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop creators and industry influencers, run outreach, and ensure published content aligns with our brand.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a startup environment. You’ll own partnerships end-to-end, track deliverables, negotiate deals, and collaborate with marketing to extend reach through creators who already cover TikTok Shop tools.

Qualificações

• Experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnership management.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Strong ops: track deals, payments, and live status of content.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem.
• Ability to work quickly in a startup and handle tasks independently.

Responsabilidades

• Find and recruit YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop creators and industry influencers to make content about Reacher.
• Run outreach and follow-up until creators actually publish.
• Negotiate deals and manage payment and partnership operations.
• Build a roster of affiliates and creators who already cover TikTok Shop tools.
• Track deliverables, live dates, and whether each partnership produced content.
• Work with marketing so creator content reaches brand and creator audiences, without owning the social calendar.
