Job summary

Base44, a Wix-acquired company, is building a creator engine to drive growth. You’ll lead a scalable creator program, forging authentic partnerships across major platforms and aligning creator activity with product launches.

Ideal candidates have hands-on influencer marketing experience, strong network-building instincts, and the ability to scale partnerships into a core growth channel for a complex, AI-driven product.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC programs at a tech company or startup.
• Familiar with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, vetting, performance metrics, and scalable growth.
• Ability to manage high volume creator relationships simultaneously.
• Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and capable of closing partnerships with minimal guidance.
• Ability to identify creators whose audiences align with a product's user base, even if the fit isn't obvious.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building programs without a full playbook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to craft creator briefs and performance summaries.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Base44's creator ecosystem from the ground up, defining how creators become a main growth channel.
• Identify and build relationships with creators who align with Base44's product, audience, and brand.
• Spot emerging voices and trends to shape how Base44 shows up online.
• Establish partnerships across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with launches and features.
• Develop a scalable creator program that supports repeatable partnerships.
• Measure impact and iterate to improve awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
