Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pieces.
• Clear written and verbal communication in async environments (Discord, docs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across 4–8 active games and staggered update cycles.
• Evaluate game design, monetization, and retention to inform priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for creators, ensuring support and timely execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and operators to align priorities with data.
