Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
• Familiarity with social media monitoring metrics and digital campaign performance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and representation of digital talent across passion areas.
• Assist in sourcing, tracking, and servicing digital partnerships.
• Maintain and update internal systems to track deals and opportunities.
• Provide coordination for productions, meetings, and activations.
• Prepare updates for senior team members on client activities.
• Collaborate with legal, accounting, and operations to ensure deal execution and payment.
• Monitor creator economy trends and platform opportunities.
• Build relationships with external brands and partners.
• Work with agents and cross-functional teams on marketing and talent opportunities.
