Job summary

Disney Entertainment's Creator Marketing team seeks a Creator Content & Partnerships Associate Manager to help develop and execute creator-driven campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels.

You will work with internal partners and external influencers, shaping strategy from audience insights through execution, ensuring cultural relevance, brand safety, and alignment with Disney's storytelling standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing or media campaigns.
• Proven track record collaborating with influencer talent and talent reps.
• Familiar with short-form video platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat).

Responsibilities

• Campaign project management and execution across earned, owned, and paid channels.
• Collaborate with Talent Relations and Creative Strategy to shape campaign strategy.
• Support creative development from audience research through delivery.
• Maintain creative consistency with Disney's brands and storytelling standards.
• Monitor landscape for creator trends and performance data to inform strategy.
• Contribute to Disney+'s creator vertical content pipeline and partnership strategies.
• Create reporting decks and campaign performance metrics for leadership.
