Job summary

UnderCurrent is seeking two Campaign Managers to work directly with our co-founders, supporting the social media creators they manage. You will help execute brand partnerships from pitch to payment and keep creator content calendars on track.

This role offers hands-on influencer marketing experience, exposure to leadership from day one, and opportunities to grow a creator portfolio in a fast-moving hybrid startup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent/creator management, campaign management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills—multitask campaigns and deadlines without dropping details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being a point of contact for creators and brand partners.
• Familiarity with the social media creator landscape (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and how brand partnerships work.
• Highly organized, proactive, able to work independently while aligned with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage brand partnership campaigns end-to-end: deliverables, timelines, content approvals, posting schedules.
• Serve as key contact for brand partners and creators; flag issues early and keep everyone aligned.
• Support co-founders in building creator content calendars and plan original content with sponsored deliverables.
• Handle scheduling and logistics for creators: shoots, calls, travel, day-to-day needs.
• Track campaign performance and deliverables against contracts; prepare recaps and reporting for partners.
• Identify and organize new brand partnership opportunities with the co-founders.
• Assist in other creator career support tasks as needed.
