A leading marketing firm is seeking a Creator Success Manager to grow and support a community of creators. In this relationship-driven role, you will guide creators through onboarding, match them with relevant campaigns, and manage ongoing relationships. The ideal candidate should have 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and possess strong communication, writing, and project management skills. Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
• Very strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with one or more CRM tools and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators who have authenticity, audience trust, and reach.
• Lead onboarding calls to bring prospective creators onto the platform.
• Manage a portfolio of creators and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Match creators to campaigns that align with their brand, values, and audience.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure creators are engaged and supported.
• Communicate campaign requirements, troubleshoot, and answer creator inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and creator pipelines using CRM tools.
