Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a Creator Relations Specialist to drive the expansion of digital partnerships for our represented Talent and Brand Clients. You will identify top creators, build shortlists, and support campaign development from outreach to onboarding.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will work with Marketing and Client Services to ensure campaigns meet client goals. Exceptional English communication and influencer background are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or in a sales environment.
• Knowledge of creator economy, social trends, and analyzing social media metrics.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and many creators.
• Experience with Hubspot, Kantata, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and PandaDoc is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet high-performing creators for branded campaigns.
• Generate creator shortlists for campaigns and client services to convert creators into paid campaigns.
• Facilitate onboarding of qualified creators and support data for campaign measurement.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure seamless campaign execution and client alignment.
• Utilize provided technology to execute campaigns efficiently and align with objectives.
• Negotiate and prepare proposals, agreements, and creator compensation structures.
• Communicate the value of branded opportunities to creators through meetings and materials.
• Assess talent to determine revenue potential and campaign performance.
• Establish a living database of creators for campaigns and future engagement.
• Identify trends and emerging creators to enhance campaigns.
• Support the team with resources and tools to exceed expectations.
