Athletic Brewing Company LLC is seeking a Content Partnership Manager to lead creator and content partnerships end-to-end from strategy to execution. You’ll design, negotiate, and govern a scalable program that aligns with brand goals and regulatory constraints.

Located onsite at Milford CT or San Diego CA breweries, with a strong emphasis on quantifiable ROI, budgets, and collaboration with media, social, and PR teams. This role requires a strategic, results-driven operator.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years in creator/influencer marketing, content partnerships, or media.
• Proven track record measuring ROI of creator partnerships and content.
• Hands-on experience with paid amplification of creator content (whitelisting, Meta ads, TikTok Spark Ads).
• Negotiating creator contracts, usage rights, exclusivity, and FTC disclosures.
• Owns program budgets: forecasting, reconciliation, and benchmarks.
• Familiar with measurement approaches (promo codes, UTM, incrementality).
• Comfortable with AI tools and influencer platforms for sourcing, workflow, and measurement.
• Experience managing agencies/external partners to clear deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Own the creator/content partnership function end-to-end: strategy, planning, approvals, budgeting, performance management.
• Design the partnership portfolio across ambassadors, micro-creators, UGC, and collaborations with clear reach/ROI rationale.
• Build annual plans with reconciled budgets, prior-year benchmarks, and a recommended path.
• Define KPIs to tie content ROI to business results like retail velocity and conversion.
• Navigate alcohol/non-alcohol rules and platform policies while maintaining creative impact.
• Create a consistent briefing/feedback loop to ensure brand messages reflect in influencer content.
• Negotiate rights, terms, and FTC compliance for creator content, including usage rights and exclusivity.
• Partner with media planning to integrate creator assets into channel plans and optimize spend.
• Run test-and-learn across formats to sharpen briefs and rosters with performance signals.
• Build a repeatable content pipeline feeding paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Measure program impact and report performance vs plan, including spend vs budget.
• Coordinate creator partnerships with sponsorships, PR moments, and content calendars.
• Provide assets to social/PR teams for earned/organic use and protect brand voice.
• Serve as brand-voice and quality gate for partner content before paid deployment.
