This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on negotiation to design partnerships that turn creator content into paid, brand-consistent placements. You will work closely with media planning, social, and PR teams to build a repeatable content engine, manage budgets and forecasts, and measure ROI with milestone dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in creator/influencer marketing or content partnerships.
• Proven track record measuring ROI of creator partnerships.
• Experience with paid amplification of creator content (whitelisting, Meta ads, TikTok Spark Ads).

Responsibilities

• Own creator/content partnership function end-to-end with strategy, planning, budgeting.
• Negotiate deals, usage rights, and ensure brand-aligned content across channels.
• Integrate creator assets into paid social, digital, email, and web plans.
• Define KPIs and run attribution and ROI reporting for the program.
