Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a Manager, Creator Brand Partnerships to join our growing creator partnerships team in New York.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, creators, media, and content, and works with senior leadership to translate advertiser objectives into compelling creator partnerships across our portfolios. You will help build proposals, pitch decks, and media plans, identify advertisers, and craft repeatable package frameworks while collaborating with sales, content, and

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and selling creative advertising or partnership ideas involving creators, social content, video, or podcasts.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and sale of creator-led advertising partnerships across Morning Brew’s portfolio.
• Identify advertisers and agencies that fit creator-led opportunities in collaboration with senior sales leaders.
• Develop creative partnership concepts aligning brand objectives with Morning Brew creators and content franchises.
• Help build proposals, pitch decks, media plans, and other materials to win new business.
• Participate in client and agency pitches, increasingly owning portions of the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to expand advertiser relationships through creator content, social, video, podcasts, events, and other offerings.
• Maintain an active pipeline of creator partnership opportunities from idea to close.
