Trafilea is a global, remote-first Consumer Tech Platform powering AI-driven growth for DTC brands. We seek a Creator Partnership Specialist to recruit top creators, negotiate partnerships, and scale programs across multiple social channels.

You will own the full lifecycle from outreach to onboarding, leveraging AI and automation to maximize creator-driven revenue. Fluency in English with Spanish or Portuguese is preferred, and remote collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Creator Partnerships, Influencer/ Affiliate Marketing, or Talent Management.
• Proven ability to source, prospect, negotiate, and close creator partnerships.
• Experience managing full lifecycle: contracts, renewals, payments, usage rights.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and hunter mentality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• CRM experience for pipeline and performance tracking.
• Analytical mindset to measure outreach impact.
• Fluent English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
• Nice to have: TikTok Shop/Creator Marketplace/Live Shopping, DTC, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit high-performing creators, focusing on VIPs on TikTok Shop and new channels.
• Own end-to-end creator partnerships: outreach, onboarding, contracts, growth.
• Negotiate commissions, terms, usage rights to maximize value for all parties.
• Build lasting relationships with top creators to boost sales and engagement.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, etc.
• Test and optimize outreach messaging, channels, timing, and automation.
• Collaborate with Growth, Community, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Maintain CRM records, contracts, status, performance, and terms.
• Leverage AI tools to scale acquisition and efficiency.
• Analyze creator performance to improve activation, retention, and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

Creators are becoming one of the most powerful growth engines in commerce. As a Creator Partnership Specialist, you'll identify, recruit, negotiate, and grow relationships with high-performing creators that directly impact revenue across our brands.

This isn't a coordination role. It's a high-performance commercial position for someone who loves building relationships, closing partnerships, testing new acquisition strategies, and scaling creator programs through technology and AI.

• Source, identify, and recruit high-performing creators and affiliates, with a strong focus on VIP creators across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms.

• Own the full creator partnership lifecycle, from outreach and relationship building to negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and long-term account growth.

• Negotiate commission structures, commercial agreements, payment terms, and content usage rights that maximize value for both creators and the business.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with top creators while helping them increase sales performance and engagement with our brands.

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and other acquisition channels.

• Continuously optimize outreach strategies by testing messaging, channels, timing, and automation workflows.

• Partner closely with Growth, Community, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless creator experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, partnership status, creator performance, and commercial terms.

• Leverage AI tools and automation to scale creator acquisition and improve operational efficiency.

• Analyze creator performance and identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and revenue generation.

• 2+ years in Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Talent Management.

• Proven experience sourcing, prospecting, negotiating, and closing creator/influencer partnerships.

• Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle: contracts, renewals, payments, usage rights.
