Job summary

TubeScience is seeking a Creator Coordinator to power reporting, logistics and the search behind our creator network. You’ll be the first contact for new creators, onboarding and introductory meetings, and you’ll help keep tracking, communication and scheduling up to date.

You’ll build and maintain creator data, coordinate workshops, and scout new talent across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to ensure depth and diversity. Strong organization and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a coordination or operations role.
• Strong organizational skills with juggling dozens of schedules and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with tracking and compliance: trackers are always accurate.
• Familiar with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for staff creators and schedule introductory meetings.
• Manage staff creator schedules and availability for in-studio requests.
• Maintain department trackers and SOPs in real time; nothing left open overnight.
• Collect staff creator feedback every three months and report on findings.
• Track compliance and data in Creator channels and provide monthly reporting.
• Coordinate staff creator workshops and events.
• Build and maintain a creator database tracking specialties, rates, availability and past performance.
• Proactively scout new staff creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
