WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (Wattpad & WEBTOON Family of Brands) is seeking a Creator Operations Strategist to nurture a portfolio of creators and optimize operations with data-driven strategy.

You will collaborate with internal teams to scale creator management and leverage AI tools to improve workflows. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in the creator economy or related fields, strong relationship skills, and a passion for storytelling and digital content.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in the creator economy, digital media, entertainment, publishing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with creators, talent, partners, clients, or other external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and evolving business models, opportunities, and challenges facing digital creators.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Strong data literacy and comfort using metrics and insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of WEBTOON creators, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout their creator lifecycle.
• Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding creators’ goals, needs, challenges, and business priorities.
