Winona is seeking a Creator Manager to build and grow its creator network across paid ads, organic social, and TikTok Shop affiliates. You’ll source creators via TikTok, agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach, guiding them from onboarding to content delivery.

You’ll manage a small team of Virtual Assistants, negotiate terms and usage rights, ensure content meets standards, and track performance to expand the affiliate channel.

Qualificações

• Proven experience sourcing and managing creators at volume.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience recruiting and managing affiliates.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem.
• Experience with creator agencies and marketplaces.
• Experience negotiating creator terms and deliverables.
• Experience leading a VA or remote operations team.
• Excellent organizational skills for high-volume pipelines.
• Strong written communication for remote relationships.
• Growth mindset to scale a creator network.

Responsabilidades

• Build & Grow the Creator Network: source and recruit creators through multiple channels; build a diverse creator pipeline; identify new segments; foster long-term relationships.
• Manage Creator Relationships & Content: own onboarding, briefs, deliverables, revisions, payments; negotiate terms and rights; ensure proper usage rights.
• Grow TikTok Shop Affiliates: recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators; collaborate with marketing on priorities.
• Lead the VA Team: manage and develop virtual assistants; set standards for outreach and operations; review work and stay organized.
• Manage the Content Pipeline: route content to paid ads, whitelisting and organic social; maintain a rights-cleared library; coordinate with teams.
• Track & Report: monitor creators, content volume and performance; derive insights to grow the network.
