Beast Industries is building the operating system for creator monetization. Marketing Scientist, Creator Monetization will design and run experiments to measure incrementality across YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, and work closely with leadership, engineers, and creators.

You'll build lift studies, define a measurement playbook, and translate insights into brand cases and product direction, shaping our next sales conversations and bets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a marketing science, ad measurement, experimentation, or analytics role.
• Experience shipping experiments that influenced decisions.
• Comfort with SQL and scripting languages (Python or R).

Responsibilities

• Design and run incrementality tests and lift studies.
• Build a measurement playbook with holdouts and geo-experiments.
• Translate findings into case studies and product decisions.
• Collaborate with creators, sales, and engineering to inform strategy.
