Eyeball Factory is a performance marketing and creative agency for DTC and SaaS brands. We run large-scale creator programs for big clients within health, wellness, supplements and skincare — programs with 50+ active creators each, producing hundreds of TikTok and Instagram videos a month, tied directly to views and sales.
The role
You will own our creator programs end to end - across multiple clients. Onboarding, coaching, retention, community, payouts, rates, budget, data, and every piece of communication that touches a creator.
Today the founder runs this himself. Your job is to take it off his plate entirely and run it better than he does. This is not a coordinator role. You make the calls, you own the outcomes, and you are the person creators think of when they think of the program.
Remote - Full-time - US (EST) working-hours overlap required - Base salary + performance bonus tied to program KPIs
Who you are
- High EQ first. You read people through text. You notice when a creator is drifting before they say anything, and you know whether they need a push, a check-in, or space.
- A people person who wants creators to win. You coach, you guide, you celebrate wins publicly and give hard feedback privately. Creators stay in programs because of you.
- A content eye. You know a good hook in the first two seconds and can explain exactly why a video flopped - pacing, framing, angle, CTA - in language a creator can act on.
- Data-literate. You build your own trackers, rank creators by views, CPM, and sales, and spot which hooks and formats are winning across the network.
- Always responsive. Creators live in DMs and group chats. So do you.
- AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools daily to draft, analyze, summarize, and move faster.
- A leader. You take initiative, make recommendations, and act on them. You do not wait to be told.
What you'll own
Onboarding
- Run onboarding for new creators: agreements, expectations, first briefs, first video live fast.
- Set the tone from day one so creators know what good looks like and who to go to.
- Review creator output, give hook-level and structure-level feedback, and write briefs when needed.
- Build and maintain hook banks, winning-format libraries, and examples of good vs. bad content per client.
Community & retention
- Run the creator group chats (WhatsApp, Slack, Discord). Keep the energy up, recognize wins, respond fast.
- Design and run sprints and challenges (views-based, sales-based, hybrid) that drive output.
- Track churn and re-engage creators before they go quiet.
- Own commission structures, CPM deals, bonuses, and payouts.
- Negotiate and renegotiate creator rates. Control the program budget per client.
Data & reporting
- Maintain per-creator and per-program dashboards: output, views, CPM, sales, retention.
- Deliver weekly reporting to clients with clear recommendations, not just numbers.
- Own all creator-facing communication across every client program.
- Run outreach and DM automation through ManyChat; use Growi for affiliate tracking.

- Platforms - Native on TikTok and Instagram - you know what performs and why
- Tools - Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, ManyChat, Google Sheets; Growi familiarity a plus
- AI - Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent in your workflow
- Availability - Remote, with working hours that overlap US Eastern Time (EST)
- Language - Excellent written English; you write fast, warm, and clear
Nice to have
- Agency experience managing programs for multiple brands simultaneously

- Experience with sprint-style campaigns tied to launches or events
This is not for you if
- You take hours to reply to a creator.
- You treat creators as vendors - transactional tone, no relationship.
- You can't open a spreadsheet and tell us which creators are underperforming and why.
- You don't understand what motivates creators or why they leave programs.
- You need instructions before you act.
Your first 90 days
- 0-30 - Onboarded into every client program; running all group chats and creator comms; founder is out of the day-to-day
- 31-60 - Own payouts, rates, and reporting; first sprint or challenge designed and launched by you
- 61-90 - Retention and output per creator measurably up; you are recommending program changes to clients and the founder based on your data
