Eyeball Factory is a performance marketing and creative agency for DTC and SaaS brands. We run large-scale creator programs for big clients within health, wellness, supplements and skincare — programs with 50+ active creators each, plus paid influencer partnerships, producing hundreds of TikTok and Instagram videos a month and measured in views and sales.
The role
You will own the entire creator and influencer side of the agency, across multiple clients at once. Two tracks, one owner:
Creator programs — large networks of UGC and affiliate creators. Onboarding, coaching, community, retention, payouts, sprints.
Influencer partnerships — larger accounts on paid deals. Prospecting, negotiation, seeding, briefs, whitelisting, results.
Today the founder runs all of this himself. Your job is to take it off his plate entirely and run it better than he does. You own the relationships, the budget, the deal terms, the data, and every conversation with a creator, influencer, or manager. This is a leadership role, not a coordinator role.
Remote · Full-time · US (EST) working-hours overlap required · Base salary + performance bonus tied to program KPIs
Who you are
- High EQ first. You read people through text. You notice when a creator is drifting before they say it, and you know when an influencer needs a nudge versus space.
- A people person who wants people to win. You coach, guide, celebrate wins publicly and give hard feedback privately. People stay in your programs and rebook with you because of how it feels to work with you.
- A content eye. You know a good hook in two seconds, can explain exactly why a video flopped in language a creator can act on, and can tell from an influencer's feed whether they'll convert.
- Data-literate. You build your own trackers, rank creators and deals by views, CPM, and sales, and spot which hooks, formats, and partnerships are winning.
- Always responsive. Creators live in DMs and group chats; deals die on slow replies. You are fast.
- AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools daily to draft, research, analyze, and move faster.
- A leader. You take initiative, make recommendations, and act on them.
What you'll own
Creator programs
- Onboarding — agreements, expectations, first briefs, first video live fast.
- Coaching — content review, hook- and structure-level feedback, briefs when needed, hook banks and winning-format libraries per client.
- Community — run the group chats (WhatsApp, Slack); keep the energy up, recognize wins, respond fast. Design and run sprints and challenges (views, sales, hybrid).
- Retention — track churn, re-engage early, renegotiate to keep top creators.
- Payouts & rates — commission structures, CPM deals, bonuses, payouts, renegotiations.
Influencer partnerships
- Prospecting & outreach — target lists per client; outreach at scale (email, DM, ManyChat); personal closing on the ones that matter.
- Deals — gifted, flat, commission, hybrid. Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting/Spark Ads. Manage contracts from our templates.
- Seeding — gifting programs end to end, converting to paid where it makes sense.
- Briefing & QA — briefs that give direction without killing voice; review drafts, approve, confirm delivery.
- Relationships — active roster of influencers and managers per client; turn one-offs into recurring partnerships.
Across both
- Budget — control creator and influencer budgets per client.
- Data & reporting — per-creator, per-deal, and per-program dashboards; weekly client reporting with clear recommendations.
- Communications — every creator-, influencer-, and manager-facing conversation across every client. Automation via ManyChat; affiliate tracking via Growi.

This is not for you if
- You take hours to reply.
- You treat creators or influencers as vendors — transactional tone, no relationship.
- You can't open a spreadsheet and tell us who's underperforming, which deals paid back, and why.
- You don't understand what motivates creators or why they leave.
- You need instructions before you act.
Your first 90 days
- 0–30 — Onboarded into every client program; running all group chats, creator comms, and the influencer pipeline; founder is out of the day-to-day
- 31–60 — Own payouts, rates, budgets, contracts, and reporting; first sprint and first influencer campaign designed and run by you end to end
- 61–90 — Retention, output, and cost per view measurably improving; you are recommending program and spend changes to clients and the founder based on your data
