Job summary

Newsmax Media, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Creator & Influencer Partnerships in New York, NY to build and manage programs that grow audiences, engage viewers, and boost brand awareness across NEWSMAX platforms.

You will partner with internal teams and external creators, negotiate terms, and oversee campaigns from onboarding to completion while monitoring performance to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, business, media, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in creator or influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related fields.
• Experience negotiating contracts, managing deliverables, and overseeing creator compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage creator and influencer partnership programs to support audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness across NEWSMAX platforms.
• Manage relationships with external creators, influencers, and internal NEWSMAX talent including hosts and contributors.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, podcasters, content publishers, and other digital partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creator partnerships from onboarding through campaign completion.
• Coordinate all aspects of creator agreements including contracts, deliverables, usage rights, renewals, and compliance.
• Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, content requirements, and promotional commitments with creators and agencies.
• Manage creator compensation programs, including budget tracking, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, creative, digital, and editorial teams to execute creator-led campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations based on engagement, reach, traffic, and other KPIs.
