Job summary

The Gersh Agency, Inc. is seeking a Digital Coordinator in Beverly Hills to support growth and management of the agency’s digital talent roster. You will help identify opportunities, analyze trends, and drive initiatives expanding revenue streams and audience engagement.

You will work with Digital Agents to develop growth strategies, partner with brands, monitor social trends, and provide actionable insights for client development. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital management/representation or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of digital media, entertainment, and creator culture.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent representatives is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for creators and influencers in collaboration with Digital Agents.
• Identify brand partnerships, licensing, merchandise, and other revenue opportunities for talent.
• Monitor trends in social platforms and creator activity to inform talent strategies.
• Analyze performance data and demographics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Draft and schedule content for social channels and emails.
• Maintain client communications under direction of Digital Agents.
• Support talent recruitment and onboarding efforts.
