Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Digital Agents to develop growth strategies for creators and influencers.
  • Research and identify revenue opportunities (brand partnerships, licensing, merchandise, podcasts, content).
  • Monitor social platform trends and creator activity to inform talent strategies.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for audiences and revenue.
  • Draft and schedule content across social channels and email.
  • Maintain client communications under guidance of Digital Agents.
  • Assist in evaluating prospective talent and onboarding efforts.
  • Support development of client growth plans and long-term career strategies.
  • Collaborate on brand partnerships, pitch materials, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, managers, and publicists.
  • Attend creator meetings, industry events, and brand activations with the agency.
  • Track market activity and competitive landscape in the creator economy.
  • Contribute to special projects and support growth of the digital department.
  • Serve as a strategic resource on trends, platforms, and monetization opportunities.
  • Track and report on project KPIs.

About the role

The Digital Coordinator will support the strategic growth, development, and management of the agency's digital talent roster. The role will assist in identifying business opportunities, evaluating emerging trends, developing creator growth strategies, and driving initiatives that expand talent revenue streams and audience engagement.

Duties
  • Partner with Digital Agents to develop and execute growth strategies for creators and influencers.
  • Research and identify brand partnership, licensing, merchandise, podcasting, content, and other revenue-generating opportunities for talent.
  • Monitor social platform trends, creator activity, industry developments, and emerging technologies to inform talent strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance data, audience demographics, and content trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Draft and schedule content (social, email, etc.).
  • Maintain client communications under direction of Digital Agents.
  • Assist in evaluating prospective talent and contribute to talent recruitment and onboarding efforts.
  • Support the development of client growth plans, business initiatives, and long‑term career strategies.
  • Collaborate on brand partnership opportunities, pitch materials, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, managers, publicists, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Attend creator meetings, industry events, brand activations, and networking opportunities on behalf of the agency.
  • Track market activity and competitive landscape within the creator economy.
  • Contribute to special projects and client tasks independently supporting the continued growth of the digital department.
  • Serve as a strategic resource for Digital Agents by providing insights on creator trends, platform developments, and monetization opportunities.
  • Track and report on projects KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required, specifically within digital management/representation or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for digital media, entertainment, social media platforms, and creator culture.
  • Prior professional experience working directly with creators, influencers, and/or talent representatives is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Professional presence and excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Ability to read material quickly, form opinions and relay feedback.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior talent agency or management company experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital brand partnerships, sponsorship campaigns, and creator monetization strategies is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to assess digital performance metrics and translate data into business recommendations.
  • Prior experience developing presentations, pitch materials, or business development initiatives.
Compensation

$75K/year + Full Benefits
