Qualifications

• Discretion with highly sensitive information is essential.
• Internships or experience in the digital/entertainment landscape is preferred.
• Some accounting knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong time-management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions efficiently.
• Demonstrated interest in talent, influencers, music, sports and pop culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Airtable or similar CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Commitment to a two-year career track toward becoming a Digital Talent agent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, manage emails and calls, and coordinate multi-calendar scheduling.
• Act as liaison for clients with brands and agencies, drafting and tracking deal memos and campaigns.
• Source and expand the digital talent database using various tools and social networks.
• Collaborate with accounting to input bookings and process invoices.
• Communicate professionally with high-profile clients, managers, brand partners and executives.
• Handle ad-hoc duties for projects as needed.
