Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Creative Strategist to develop insight-led, creator-first ideas that connect culture and data to business results for key clients. You’ll shape storytelling with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure alignment and impact.

You will contribute to briefs, proposals, and polished recommendations, staying ahead of creator and platform trends to drive innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer marketing.
• Ability to develop integrated, insight-driven creative concepts.
• Strong collaboration across Strategy, Creator Partnerships, and Design.
• Clear and compelling visual and verbal storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior.
• Interest in developing leadership, mentorship, and creative craft skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creative ideation and concept development across key clients and Publicis Groupe partnerships.
• Translate data, audience insights, and brand strategy into creator-first ideas that drive clarity, relevance, and engagement.
• Develop and refine influencer briefs communicating strategic intent and inspiring creators.
• Partner with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure ideas align with audience insights and executional requirements.
• Contribute to proposals with insight-backed creative thinking for Associate Director and Senior review.
• Support internal storytelling structure through frameworks, narrative flow, and reference gathering.
• Manage timelines and deliverables in partnership with Creative Operations, escalating risks when needed.
• Stay current on creator, category, and platform trends to inform new thinking and creative opportunities.
