Job summary
Resolution Pet Brands is seeking a Social Media & Content Commerce Lead to own the creative and revenue-generating social activity across TikTok, TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, and Instagram. You will personally create content, collaborate with creators, and help turn social into a measurable revenue channel.
You’ll test concepts, hope to be on camera when appropriate, and work with marketing, sales and e-commerce teams to optimize performance and scale the brand presence.
Qualifications
- Experience creating social content and working with creators is valued.
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
- Understanding of TikTok Shop and live commerce is a plus.
- Comfortable on camera and able to analyze performance data.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and others.
- Develop and grow our TikTok Shop business.
- Participate in TikTok Live selling.
- Identify trends and formats for authentic brand participation.
- Develop scripts, hooks, and campaigns.
- Recruit and manage creators and influencers.
- Coordinate product seeding and affiliate campaigns.
- Build communities around our brands.
- Analyze metrics to drive business impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, e-commerce and brand teams.
