Job summary

Influencer is seeking an Account Manager, Client Services in New York hybrid. You will lead day-to-day management of creator campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, and Snap, coordinating creator outreach, negotiations, and timely delivery with high-quality content.

You will own budgeting, contracting, and content review, ensuring campaigns meet briefs and client expectations while maintaining strong relationships with creators, agents, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing or social media role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of creator campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, and Snap
• Manage creator and agent briefings, negotiations, and content delivery to meet campaign milestones
• Oversee budgeting, contracting, and payments via the Waves platform
• Review creator content against briefs and approved concepts
• Provide updates to client leads and managers on status of campaigns
