Job summary

Influential, New York, is seeking an experienced Specialist, Creator Management to implement the day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for a major beauty client. You will source, negotiate, and oversee content and day-to-day campaign management with a focus on ROI and brand alignment.

You will collaborate with the creator management team and internal groups, leverage data to position talent to clients, and guide casting, contracts, and campaign oversight across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creator marketing environment.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, or luxury clients.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience in an agency setting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with a startup environment and building structure where needed.
• Understanding of offline and online brand, media, and consumer relationships.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and creator networks.

Responsibilities

• Own overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Develop and execute creator strategies tailored to campaigns and KPIs.
• Train teams on planning, audience reporting, and research tools.
• Coordinate with account management, analytics, and operations on each account.
• Identify and vet talent to maximize ROI and brand alignment.
• Position creators to clients using data and insights.
• Oversee creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management.
