Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Talent Coordinator in Los Angeles to support day-to-day talent operations within the Talent team. You will collaborate with Talent Managers to execute creator campaigns, brand partnerships, content productions, and events across the region.

You will coordinate creator communications, logistics, and calendars, help scout emerging creators, and maintain strong relationships with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media roles.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Well-organised with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Managers in executing creator campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and day-to-day talent operations.
• Coordinate campaign requirements, content deliverables, reporting, and timelines with creators.
• Serve as primary contact for creators on updates, deliverables, scheduling, and admin tasks.
• Manage gifting and product seeding logistics with brands and partners.
• Help grow creators by building strong relationships and positive creator experiences.
• Assist at events, shoots, activations, and productions, including BTS content when needed.
• Identify emerging creators and potential partnerships to grow the Talent division.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.
• Support in matching creators with campaigns and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Campaign Management, and Production teams.
• Maintain campaign documentation, creator records, and project trackers.
• Provide admin support, including scheduling and document prep.
