Job summary

La Jolla Group is seeking a Creator Marketing Coordinator to help research and organize creator partnerships, product seeding, and campaign deliverables. The role works with the Director of Growth Marketing and cross-functional partners to keep day-to-day creator and content activities organized and on schedule.

You'll maintain trackers, assist with outreach, coordinate product gifting, and support campaigns across social platforms, including TikTok Shop and LTK, in a collaborative, hybrid

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media platforms and creator content.
• Ability to research and organize creator information and campaigns.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management.
• Clear written and verbal communication with creators and partners.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Research potential creators and organize findings for review.
• Maintain creator research, outreach, and campaign trackers.
• Support creator outreach and product gifting coordination.
• Coordinate product seeding: sizes, shipping, tracking.
• Prepare briefs and track campaign schedules.
• Review drafts for brand guidelines and routes for legal review.
• Assist with contracts, invoices, and approvals.
• Support platform-specific creator activity like TikTok Shop and LTK.
• Collect final creator assets and maintain approvals and expiration dates.
• Assist with paid social asset organization for Meta partnerships.
• Support creator program reporting data.
• Support organic social/blog/Pinterest if prioritized.
• Perform other duties as needed.
