Salem Influencer Network is seeking an entry‑level seller to build brand partnerships across a national influencer portfolio and live events. You’ll develop a personal book of business through research, proactive outreach, and thoughtful pitches, aiming to convert new partners into ongoing collaborations.

Ideal candidates have experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or event sponsorships, with a knack for spotting authentic creator-brand matches and driving revenue growth within

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or event sponsorships.
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creator formats.
• Ability to identify relevant brands and justify partnership ideas.
• Confident in starting conversations and following up consistently.
• Familiarity with campaign deliverables, rights, and paid amplification.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prospect consumer brands, DTC companies, startups, and agencies aligned with our talent.
• Identify decision-makers, personalize outreach, book discovery meetings.
• Learn creators’ voices to develop brand matches across categories.
• Pitch partnerships including sponsored content, endorsements, podcasts, and appearances.
• Develop event sponsorship concepts with activations and creator content.
• Manage outreach, proposals, negotiations, and closing; coordinate pricing and approvals.
• Maintain a pipeline and meet revenue goals, growing first campaigns into repeats.
