Job summary

You will partner with business units, developers, and growth marketers to deliver responsive, brand-consistent designs aligned with ICE style guides. The role emphasizes translating complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, with a strong focus on accessibility, content strategy, and collaboration within a fast-moving marketing team.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products.
Proficient in Figma with component libraries and auto-layout.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work across web platforms.
Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design across ICE web properties, including research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for marketing pages and web platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure feasible designs within technical constraints.
Produce UX deliverables: flows, wireframes, interaction specs, site maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Contribute to ICE's design system and ensure consistent UI across digital touchpoints.
