Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services US is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create engaging, user-centered experiences across websites, digital platforms, and hybrid installations. You will own end-to-end UX/UI, translate client goals into intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with producers, analysts and developers in a hybrid DMV-area role.

The role emphasizes accessibility, design systems, and experiential design for events and installations, with a strong emphasis on user engagement and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience leading UX/UI projects from discovery to delivery in agency or client-facing settings.
• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, UI craft and end-to-end ownership.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with design systems and collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX and UI design across digital projects from discovery to QA.
• Translate client objectives and user needs into clear experience design solutions.
• Create user journeys, IA, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design for events, activations and hybrid environments with engaging storytelling.
• Develop reusable components and design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and technical teams to implement designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
