Job summary

Market District in Columbus, OH is seeking a Team Leader in Visual Merchandising to lead in-store display strategies that drive sales and engagement. You’ll transform products and spaces into compelling visuals, coach teammates, and uphold safety and brand standards.

You’ll interview, train and direct Team Members, manage budgets and inventory for your area, and develop future leaders while fostering inclusion and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in management within retail/merchandising is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team members.
• Ability to observe, analyze, and improve in-store displays and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members and direct their work.
• Appraise productivity and manage team performance and promotions.
• Maintain safety and security of the store and team members.
• Manage budget and inventory for your department or location.
