Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize and plan workload according to store activation plan with management.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocations to store/area teams.
• Perform KPI follow-up and identify visual & commercial opportunities with the Store Management team.
• Drive actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
