Responsibilities

• Contribute to the omni customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation.
• Follow KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Coach and develop store teams to secure high quality visual and commercial presentation.
