Qualifications

• 1–2 years of successful work experience in retail merchandising, retail, or related field with customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general visual principles with emphasis on construction and detail.
• Manual skills in doll styling, straight blade cutting, and minor assembly are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Visual Leadership Team in execution of display window changes, merchandise changes and planogram layouts.
• Create dynamic displays using dolls and complementary products; stay current on product knowledge.
• Prioritize tasks to adapt to business needs and troubleshoot when product availability is limited.
• Maintain store visual and merchandising standards aligned with the brand vision.
• Develop positive relationships with staff and customers; provide assistance as needed.
