The Mom Project in Milwaukee is seeking a Video Producer Project Manager on a contract basis. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Milwaukee, WI, with 3 days on site of your choice.

You will lead end-to-end video production, coordinating with multiple partners and ensuring on-brand storytelling across projects. Strong PM skills and a track record of human-centered content are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in video content production or similar role.
• Proven track record producing testimonial-first, human-led stories.
• Strong command of full production lifecycle from pre-production through final delivery.
• Experience managing edits across a large, high-volume content library.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of traditional video production, including content strategy, concepting, pre-production planning, filming, editing and final delivery.
• Manage multiple video editing projects, keeping schedules, milestones and deadlines in a high-volume pipeline.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams to keep production moving smoothly.
• Ensure brand voice, tone and style translate into storytelling aligned with organizational goals.
• Advocate for solutions balancing audience needs with business objectives.
• Clearly present and rationalize work to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control and production documentation for scalable workflows.

The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.

Our customer is looking for a Video Producer Project Manager on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs.

This role is Hybrid, onsite in Milwaukee, WI. 3 days on site of your choice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of traditional video production, developing content strategy and supporting teams through concepting and pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery
• Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, maintaining clear schedules, milestones, and deadlines across a high-volume pipeline
• Coordinate many partners—including stakeholders, subject matter experts, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams to keep production moving smoothly
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and style translates into visual storytelling that aligns with organizational objectives and resonates with target audiences
• Advocate for solutions that balance the needs of audiences with key business objectives
• Succinctly present and rationalize work to stakeholders
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and production documentation to support a scalable, repeatable workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of previous experience in video content production or a similar role
• Proven track record producing testimonial-first, human-led stories that connect deeply with audiences
• Strong command of the full video production lifecycle, from pre-production through post-production and final delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage edits across a large, high-volume body of content with consistency and quality
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to ever-changing priorities
• Ability to wrangle many partners—including stakeholders, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams—and keep production moving smoothly
• Strong initiative and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished, accurate, on-brand work
• Ability to collaborate, seek clarity, and work independently to execute on tasks
• Ability to adhere to brand voice, tone, and style requirements
