Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Creative Traffic Manager to oversee the flow of creative work from intake to go‑live. You will build realistic timelines, coordinate assignments, and use Plexus’ project management software to keep deliverables moving. This hands‑on role emphasizes structured processes in a fast‑paced creative environment.

You will work onsite daily at Plexus’ headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, shaping how work gets done and driving faster, more reliable creative delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing multiple creative, marketing, or related projects from intake through delivery.
• Ability to develop realistic timelines, forecast resource needs, manage dependencies, and keep work on track as priorities shift.
• Align contributors, clarify responsibilities, and drive progress without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to surface risks, facilitate decisions, and work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with project management software and improving workflows in a fast-paced setting.
• Location: ability to work onsite daily in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans reflecting campaign objectives, priorities, resources, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate creative projects from intake through final approval and go-live.
• Forecast timing and resource needs across concurrent projects, adjusting plans as priorities change.
• Monitor assignments, deadlines, approvals, and project status using Plexus’ project management software.
• Coordinate work across the Traffic team and creative partners, clarify next steps, and follow up on commitments.
• Provide stakeholders with timely updates and facilitate approvals to move work efficiently.
